Nicki lives locally and loves to cook she has been making preserves for Country Matters for a number of years, and made in small batches they sell quite quickly.
She buys new lids, and re uses jars, and adds pretty cloth over the lids, making them a great present, team up with some local honey and rapeseed oil that we also stock for a lovely hamper.
