In March we closed due to the Covid19, like all other retail premises in the country, but instead of sitting around Debbie took charge and took on the much needed, tidy and revamp.
The shop is 'stocked' by many individual sellers, so they all came and took their items home, providing this huge empty space to work on.
Many of the display units were brown wood, so to lighten and brighten the painting started......
And while all this was going on Helen continued to provide the local community with much needed lifeline for fresh fruit and veg and a few other essentials for 2 days a week. She was able to offer contactless payments and a safe open shop at the front of the building.
