You will see Nikki on the desk most Saturday mornings, she has many talents, and has recently started making our jams/preserves/pickles, she uses recycled jars in a variety of sizes, so don't forget to do your bit for the environment and return your jars.
She has passed all the hygiene 'rules' in her kitchen. She makes what takes her fancy, so have a rummage through the jars and you will see delicious marmalades, jams and pickles.
She also crochets and knits - blankets, baby items, children’s ponchos and also has a lovely range of aprons in adult and children’s sizes in country prints.
